Progress Report: May
May is nearing its end, and that means it’s time for a new progress report.
Ships and You
Cargo crates now spawn correctly, and can be inspected by the player to see what’s inside each crate. A crate can hold a total of 10 units, with a maximum of 25 crates. There is also a max carry weight, which can be increased by upgrading the ship hull quality.
There’s also a new interface for the Cargo Manifest, listing items currently in your cargo hold.
The question marks in the lower right are supposed to show the last known buy/sell price for the selected item in each region. This is updated every time a warehouse is visited. Since prices are supposed to change dynamically during gameplay, these prices may sometimes be outdated.
The green bar at the bottom represents the total weight of all items on board. If it’s full, no more items can be purchased (or picked up, in the future)
The final update this month to ships is that all the rooms, not only the main deck, will be colored properly to whatever color has been chosen. This means the cargo hold and the captain quarters can finally be neon green, for example.
The sound of music
From the illustrious Shitbr3ak comes two new musical tracks! One for the overworld of Usmor that (in my opinion) really nails the atmosphere of a snowy landscape. The second is the backing music for the Aslary dungeon.
